Man wakes up without his dick!

An article in today's SMH gives details on some poor bugger in the US who went in for bladder surgery and woke up to find he had no penis!
A hospital spokesman describes the incident,
"We needed to cut a small amount from one side of his penis to get to the bladder.
After we had finished on his bladder we noticed his penis now looked a little lob sided. We decided the patient would appreciate us evening things out for him so we cut some from the other side to fix it up.
Unfortunately we accidentally took too much off the other side so we had to even out on the other side again.
We kept trimming and trimming trying to get it perfect until before we knew it there was none left!"
The patient is said to be quite distraught mentioning that he will never be able to count to 21 while naked again.
